Returns or Exchanges
All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item(s) within 30 days of delivery and contact us immediately via the contact page below if your items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. After 30 days after delivery, all items are non-refundable.
We may request a photo of the item to evaluate the item.
A return shipping label and shipping instructions will be e-mailed to you. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified if the return has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original method of payment. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
Refunds may take several business days to process and appear in your account. Please contact your bank, credit card company, etc. for assistance. If you have not received your refund after 28 business days, please contact us via the contact page below.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags or stickers attached. Items not meeting this criteria will not be eligible for return.
