Returns and Exchanges
As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please Note: Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt.
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please provide any photos, if possible.
A return shipping label with shipping instructions will be e-mailed to you. Items will be inspected for approval of return upon receipt. If approved, you will be refunded via your original method of payment.
Refunds may take several business days to process and appear in your account. Please contact your bank, credit card company, etc. for assistance. If you have no received your refund after 28 business days, please contact us.

All items are non-refundable after 30 days after receipt of your order.

Please Note:
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags or stickers attached. Items not meeting this criteria will not be eligible for return.
